- Our design services include the creation of floor plans and the selection of furniture, paint colors, rugs, window treatments and accessories. We work with you to make informed and personal home furnishings decisions, creating spaces you can relax in, entertain in, and most importantly, call home.

- At IM, we believe that your interior says a lot about who you are. Our team is here to help you find interior and exterior concepts for you or your business. That's a great reflection of your style. We'll set up a consultation to understand your likes and dislikes. Following our meeting we can then put together a look book with swatches and some inspirational styles. Our talented designers pay close attention to the details, so you can rest assured that the finished product will turn out just the way you imagined.

- VHS Packages: Vacant Home Staging, dependent on rooms and size.
- OHC Packages: Occupied Home Staging From $1,200.00 to $3,000.00
- SCO Packages: Site Consultation Only One-off site consultation Up to 2 hours, ranges on $400.00 to $600.00

- VC PACKAGE: Virtual Consultation
- 4000 sqft. $350.00
- 3999 sqft. $250.00
- Optional Add on: Written Report $100.00
- Our fee is for our designer to come to your home or commercial space.
- You should expect the following:
- We'll discuss your preferred design style and desired color palette.
- We'll examine and measure each space and discuss how you want to utilize it.
- Suggest some initial concepts to see if we both are "on the same page."
- Determine the budget, scope of work, your priorities within the project.
- After the initial consultation we create a professional space plan for each room (if needed) and start the product research based on the size, colors and style discussed.
- In-Home interior design consultation $400.00 to $600.00.
- Commercial Interior design consultation fee is $450.00 to $1,000.00.
